We are proud to announce the new release for Limecraft Flow! This post gives you an overview of what changed. The main focus for this release has been on the player controls and controls to control the timing of subclips, subtitles and transcript text.

Changes to player controls

The basic player controls have been extended. We added reverse playout, and navigation to the next and previous clips.

Read up on the player controls here. These controls and their shortcuts are now consistent throughout all aspects of Limecraft Flow (lightbox player, Logging, Transcription, Subtitle Editor).

Changes to the Transcriber

The controls look a bit different, but don’t worry, everything is still there!

Some controls will only work when a text selection is made:

Adding new timed text is now done by clicking SET IN (instead of holding down the record button). You can start typing text as soon as you’ve set your IN point.
