Customer Success Manager

At Limecraft, we are building the next generation production and collaboration platform used by our customers to create top notch content. Whether in film or TV production, corporate video or advertising, our services cater for maximum productivity during the shoot, storytelling and post-production processes. Producers and post-production facilities take advantage of our services to remove the grunt work from their processes, allowing them to focus on creative work. Customers include BBC, RTBF, France Télévision, the Newen Group, Warner Bros, Hotel Hungaria, Sputnik Media, deMENSEN and many more.

Feel like joining us? We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow and sustain our client base!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers
  • Help new customers onboarding
  • Support existing customers by managing incidents and fulfilling their support requests
  • Maintaining SLA metrics
  • Manage the support portal and the knowledge base, and contribute to the creation of support and end-user documentation, including content like FAQs, on-boarding instructions and training videos
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and up-sell opportunities

About You

  • You have experience in Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Managent
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English and have excellent communication skills (written and oral); French and any other languages are considered a plus
  • You’re passionate about technology and firmly believe in the future of cloud-based collaboration
  • Knowledge of media production is a plus
  • You are a real doer and you love making things happen
  • You’re also a finisher. You prefer to clean up the kitchen after cooking rather than before
  • You can work independently as well in teams
  • You have have the energy and self-confidence to maintain a small team culture where things move fast
