Limecraft is on a mission to become the Workspace for Video Teams. We’ve consistently grown over 5% Month over Month during the last couple of years. To maintain the pace, we are hiring an experienced marketing professional.

Limecraft is a MediaTech company in media and entertainment. We work strictly business to business (B2B) and offer our services in a SaaS model. We help our customers managing their digital production workflow. From the everyday to the extraordinary, we help them bridge the physical and the digital world, enabling them to maximise creativity and to create more content faster. We excel at hiding technical complexities such as cloud technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to our end users. Conversely, we strive to eradicate manual work as much as possible, emancipating time for creative storytelling.

If you know how to position a B2B SaaS offering to an audience of non tech-savvy professionals and have a thorough knowledge of modern digital marketing channels, please reach out. More specifically, you should have a solid belief in Account Based Marketing strategies. Your job is not finished when you have handed over a bunch of sales qualified leads. You want to stay deeply involved in ongoing conversations with strategic customers, to continuously get a better understanding of their requirements and to make sure they can excel.

Your responsibilities include

  • Drive Limecraft’s thought leadership by dripping content snippets relevant to every stage of the marketing funnel, customer conversion and customer journey
  • You will work in close collaboration with the R&D, sales and customer success teams, and you’ll have a team of content creators at your disposal
  • Discuss the go-to-market strategy with all involved parties
  • Execute inbound and email marketing tactics to achieve different results throughout the customer journey: identify leads, conversion, retention and win-back
  • Oversee the implementation of best practice lead generation processes and technologies, including thought leadership, search engine optimisation (SEO) and the use of social media
  • Identify key strategic audiences, and create appropriate direct email campaigns
  • Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels.

What we expect from you

  • An experienced marketing professional, with minimum 3 years of experience in the context of B2B and SaaS
  • A plus: savvy with typical marketing scale-up tools similar to notion, salesloft, teamleader, seo drivers, email marketingplatforms, content planning, …
  • Resourceful to activate smart solutions in marketing: a ‘can do’-mentality, a backpack of scale-up tools and a network of smart freelance executers wherever on the planet
  • A digital native with a passion for media and entertainment
  • Analytical mindset to continuously evaluate and adjust the performance of the sales funnel, campaign results and channel effectiveness
  • You have ink on your fingers, and you go the extra mile that suits the start-up mentality
  • A natural born communicator, fluent in English
