Project Manager

At Limecraft we help our customers managing their digital production workflow, from the everyday to the extraordinary, helping them bridge the physical and the digital world. Using a virtual production office designed according to the most demanding requirements, we enable them to maximise creativity and to create more content faster. Film studios, post-production facilities and media companies in general, rely on Limecraft to securely store and manage their digital assets.

We strive to give our customers the best possible service and a fit-for-purpose solution. The Limecraft platform is a customisable framework, and it always needs integration as part of the existing application landscape. To support our continued growth, we are hiring an experienced project manager. You are informed by the sales team about the details of a new implementation during the negotiation phase, and you adopt the project upon closure of the agreement. It is then your responsibility to deliver the platform according to the requirements thereby optimising for maximum customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include

  • During the sales process, you are copied on the functional and non-functional requirements.
  • When the agreement is signed and during deployment, you represent the customer internally.
  • You have access to a team of top engineers to make sure we deliver the proposed solution.
  • You will report the project follow up and budget internally and to the customer.
  • While it is key to deliver the project within a reasonable timeframe and to properly manage the implementation budget, it is even more important to optimise for maximum customer satisfaction in the end leading to the highest possible retention rate.
What we expect from you
  • You are a seasoned project manager with a track record of delivering highly technical solutions. You sleep with project planning and budget sheets under your pillow and you don’t mind.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll be the main interface between the customer and the experts of the R&D team.
  • You are a great team player, because you’ll never walk alone.
  • You are a natural born change manager with expert-level negotiation skills.
  • You’re not afraid of changing the direction if that beings you closer to an acceptable solution.

In return, Limecraft offer a challenging position on the crossroads of media and technology,  servicing the largest media brands worldwide. We ensure that each project you will be manage will be worth mentioning on your future track record.
