Job Description Limecraft is looking for a Sr. Sales Executive (Enterprise sales) in the EMEA region, who will be responsible for the acquisition and growth of Limecraft’s enterprise accounts. You will work closely with other Account Executives (AE’s), Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Customer Success Managers (CSM). You have strong account management skills and a consistent track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced sales environment. Your are a strategic, analytical thinker, and have know-how to leverage data for making decisions. Industry: Media & Entertainment, Broadcast, Video Production Location: UK (preference), Benelux, France or Germany In this role, your responsibilities will include: Acquisition and management of enterprise customers to drive rapid new business sales growth in a given territory within the EMEA region Build and drive sales strategy and create account management plans for the territory in conjunction with the Head of Global Sales, Product management and Marketing to effectively Go-To-Market including understanding the competitive landscape, presence, and strength within the territory Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development while driving revenue by closing opportunities Manage and report accurate opportunities and account and pipeline progress using the company CRM system Achieve sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis Build effective working relationships with the Projects team in Operations, Technical Support, Professional Services and the Limecraft executive team Reports directly to the Head of Global Sales To be successful in this role, you should have: Extensive track record of acquiring new business sales, within the areas of enterprise sales and SaaS software solutions, preferably within M&E, Broadcast, Video Production and Streaming industry and at C Level within the EMEA region Presentation, negotiation and deal closing skills Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills, allowing you to meet and exceed quota Experienced in driving a SaaS sales process by building effective working relationships with marketing and the projects team in operations Understanding of the ‘bigger picture’ and key success factors Build long term strategic and senior level relationships Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment A great team player and leader with an entrepreneurial mindset Complex problem solver with strong business and financial acumen Fluent in English.
