Key Responsibilities

As a crucial part of Limecraft’s growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

To meet the business plan objectives, you will:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to generate sales that increase the company’s revenue.
  • Actively seek out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, webinars, trade fairs, selected social media, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and their decision-making unit.
  • Identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients – it’s a people business! This includes understanding their needs and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, contracts and pricing with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets for UK, Scandinavia and specific segments in North and Central Europe. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, product and customer success functions, during each stage of the buying journey.
  • Grow a solid understanding of the company’s products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, and communicate the value of these to customers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pro-active and results-driven approach; comfortable chasing leads and working towards sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. We value a ‘can do’ spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills (good listener and ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively) with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Handles rejection well while maintaining motivation and focusing on achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable using sales and CRM software tools to manage lead, tracks sales activities and generate reports for analysis and decision making.
  • Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends and changing business environments.
  • Effective prioritisation and organisation of tasks to maximise productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.

 Education & Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus in sales, business, technology or media and entertainment.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in B2B and/or tech sales and/or scale-up. Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a bonus.
  • (Native) English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and the UK.
  • Living in London or Belgium. (Limecraft’s HQ is in Ghent, Belgium).
